Directions

For a rich creamy shake, combine contents of one packet with 16 oz of cold water or skim milk and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 45 seconds. For variety, add contents to your favorite juice. For a thinner shake add more liquid and for a thicker shake add less. For best results use 2-3 servings daily.
